Universal hardener and plant engineer. Over 30 years of operational experience in heat treatment. Responsible for all production and the go-to person for any questions about hardening. A self-confessed Wörthersee fan and appreciator of good wine.
Universal hardener with 40 years of experience. Leads work scheduling and serves as the site safety officer. Point of contact for customers on all heat treatment questions as well as orders and goods in/out. Passionate motorcyclist.
Qualified metallurgist with years of experience in heat treatment. Visits existing and new customers, serves as point of contact for heat treatment questions and prepares quotations.
Qualified materials tester/materials technician with over 40 years of professional experience. Responsible for quality management and apprentice training at DWB. Contact person for specific customer enquiries regarding materials testing. He occasionally treats the team to some “culinary heat treatment” in the company kitchen and, in his spare time, keeps tradition alive as a Goasslschnalzer, cracking the traditional coachman’s whip in rhythm with the music.
Alongside Mr. Degasperi, Mrs. Kölbl is one of the guiding hands behind our production planning. For over 20 years, she has been taking care of incoming goods, logistics, and much more – always making sure everything runs smoothly.
For over 20 years, she has been taking care of purchasing, HR, and a wide range of administrative matters. There’s hardly a form or document that Mrs. Schrank doesn’t know inside out.
For over 30 years, she has kept a watchful eye on every detail of the company’s accounts. She is also responsible for invoicing and is a devoted dog lover.
